<p>The <i>Prop Data Management System</i> comes standard with a universal access level for all users. This allows all users to have unlimited access to all data, across all branches, and have full access to every facility on every management system. The <i>User Permissions Module</i> enables you to define user groups with specific permissions and then assign users to user groups. Users within a defined user group will then have limited access to specific facilities on specific management systems and limited access to data from a specific branch. Basically, you have the ability to limit what a user can do and what data they have access to on the system. </p>

This means that if you chose to use one of the above software solutions, then there is no need for you or your staff to double data-capture. All branch, agent and listing data can be fed directly into the <i>Prop Data Management System</i>, via an XML data feed, to automatically update the system and website.</p>
